I’m Jasper Mulder student physiotherapy in Leiden. I prefer to see myself as a coach rather than a personal trainer. In my opinion coaching is looking for the correct path together to get to your goals as a customer. I believe moving in a functional way with a correct posture and technique is the most important during training. Not only do I want to focus on the short term goals but also look at the long term milestones.
